This concert was held at Stone Springfield AME, 7476 Highway 296, Stapleton, Georgia, where the Rev. Dr. Marlon Ector is pastor.

This choir was started back in the late '90s as Dora Moore from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Augusta where I played one Sunday out of the month, asked me to put all of my choirs together and give a concert.  We did that for 3-4 years, rotating from church to church and then I had the vision to make it permament and initially I called it the Jefferson County Coummunity Choir.  Because several people expressed an interest in singing, I later changed it to THE METRO MASS CHOIR.
